Write to Us

The support address is support[at]whoappchat.com. Replace [at] with the @ sign when you write. It is spelled this way so scrapers do not bury the inbox, and retyping it takes a few seconds.

Replies come from a person, usually within a few working days. If you have not heard back after a week, send a short follow-up with the date of your first message. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services first. We cannot dispatch help. We can act on reports.

Pick the Right Door First

Most questions already have a page. Open that before you write.

Common Situations

  • The camera or microphone will not start. Check the lock icon next to the address bar, allow the site, reload. If it still fails, tell us your device and browser.
  • You were charged and do not recognise it. Write with the date and amount. Never send a full card number.
  • Someone broke the rules. Use Report on the chat screen if you still can. That gives us the context. If you did not, describe what happened.
  • You want data corrected or deleted. Say which one. The privacy policy lists your rights.
  • Someone too young is using the site. Write to us. The terms explain who may use WhoAppChat.

What to Include

A few details turn a long thread into one reply.

  • What happened, in your own words, and roughly when.
  • The device and browser, for example “iPhone, Safari”.
  • For payments: the date and the amount, never the card number.
  • For reports: whether you used Block or Report on the chat screen.

Please never send passwords or full card details. We will never ask for them. If you only needed a first conversation after this, try talk to someone online or someone to talk to.

We do not take phone calls or live chat tickets on this page. Email is the inbox. If you write at night, expect a reply the next working day. One clear message is better than three short ones. If you already used Report on a chat, say so — that saves a day.
